Harry Brook (ENG) | DOB – February 22, 1999

Harry Brook is a reliable T20 player. The 23-year-old has excelled in T20 tournaments worldwide. He scored 264 runs in 10 innings at a strike rate of 171.43 in this year’s Pakistan Super League. Brook had a great T20 Blast 2022 season for Yorkshire. 436 runs in 13 matches at 163.91 strike rate. Brook has broken into England’s T20 team and would play in 2022.

Brook is a middle-overs attacker and a finisher. So, he can be a floater in England’s batting lineup and be used in favorable situations.

Finn Allen (NZ) | DOB – April 22, 1999

Finn Allen is a T20 legend. He’s a top-order batsman noted for his reckless manner. In 2021-22, he scored 280 runs for Wellington with a 200 strike rate. The swashbuckling cricketer is also great in short formats. Allen has played 13 T20 outings for the Blackcaps and scored 334 runs at 169.54.

Allen has perfected giving his national team swift beginnings. The Blackcaps will count on him to perform well at the global event in Australia.

Tim David (AUS) | DOB – March 16, 1996

Tim David’s stocks have soared in recent years. He’s one of T20’s most sought-after finishers. Mumbai Indians spent 8.25 crore at the 2022 IPL Auction for the Singapore-born, and he didn’t disappoint. David scored 187 runs at a strike rate of 210.11 in nine IPL games this year. He played 14 T20Is for Singapore and scored 558 runs at 158.52 strike rate. The 26-year-old power-hitter hits monster sixes.

David’s off-spin provides Australia another option with the ball besides his finishing. The T20 behemoth might be Aaron Finch’s X-factor in the T20 World Cup Youngest player in the tournament.

Arshdeep Singh (IND) | DOB – February 05, 1999

Arshdeep Singh made the national team after a strong IPL. The 23-year-old took 28 wickets in 26 matches for the Punjab Kings in the last two seasons at an economy of 7.98.

Punjab’s pacer took his fine form overseas. In 11 appearances, he has 14 wickets at 7.38 economy. Arshdeep’s ability to bowl pin-point Yorkers makes him difficult to face late in an innings.

The left-arm pacer’s arrival has diversified India’s bowling. Arshdeep’s poise at the end makes him a standout bowler, and team management has praised his attitude. The team’s management hopes the Yorker specialist performs well in the big race of Youngest player in the tournament.

Naseem Shah (PAK) | DOB – February 15, 2003

Naseem Shah made his T20I debut at the Asia Cup 2022 and has been phenomenal since. He replaced the injured Shaheen Afridi and has helped the team with the ball. The speedster has made five T20 outings for his side, taking seven wickets at 7.66. Naseem’s quick pace has scared rival batters and established Pakistan’s tone with the new ball.

Naseem could be dangerous in Australia’s pacer-friendly conditions. The 19-year-old has displayed great technique and composure. In the Asia Cup against Afghanistan, he hit two consecutive sixes to win. Naseem is Pakistan’s rising star.

Tristan Stubbs (SA) | DOB – August 14, 2000

Tristan Stubbs is a South African Cricket prospect. He’s been great in T20 recently. The 22-year-old made 293 runs in seven CSA T20 matches at a strike rate of 183.12. Stubbs got a call-up because to his short-form performances. The wicket-keeper batsman has scored at 216.36 in four Proteas innings. He’s beaten top-bowling attacks.

Stubbs hit 157 runs in 9 innings at a strike rate of 146.72 in The Hundred. His batting makes him a popular T20 player. The most expensive SA20 player will compete in T20 World Cup 2022.
